Howdy there. Rest by the campfire for a bit, take a break from it all. Info about me, let's see... I'm in high school, getting towards the end of it now. Very interested in 19th/20th century U.S. history, along with various other bits and pieces of history. I'm looking into going into archaeology or becoming a park ranger. Got my interest in outdoorsmanship from hiking, fishing, and hunting with my family. They didn't let me in boy scouts so I learned all of that stuff on my own. Lived in the American south most of my life, which probably explains a lot. It isn't the best, but I think it's important to try to fight to make it better. I listen to a lot of county and classic rock music, although I like a bit of everything. My favorite artists include Willie Nelson, Townes Van Zandt, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Johnny Cash, and Muddy Waters. I'm not a huge poetry guy but I read a lot of anarchist literature and poems; my favorite authors include Mary Shelley, Langston Hughes, and Federico GarcĂa Lorca. I like to make things using stuff I find, whittling and making decoration with feathers or found objects. Been very into leatherworking as of late, it's a lot of fun. I play video games sometimes, not as much as I used to but every now and again. Mostly Red Dead and Metal Gear, I like to analyze them through the lens of my extremely solitary yet communalally oriented worldview. Used to play a lot of TF2, Pokemon, and Fallout, still know enough to talk about them. I watch a lot of the Simpsons and western movies, although it can be a slog because of revisionism and shitty treatment of natives. I play guitar and harmonica, albeit a bit poorly. I LOVE horses, cows, and dogs. That's about it, thanks for reading. Peace n love or something like that. |
